Picture of trashed diff spider gear cup. All 4 screws holding this to the ring gear were broken. Also teeth on gears were worn. Diffs were replaced by a new pair of Unlimited Engineering SuperMaxx differentials. Very expensive, but I don't think I'll have to mess with broken diffs again.
